How long does a brand identity project take?
Typically, our core brand identity project takes between 3 to 4 weeks. This includes detailed discovery sessions, strategic positioning proposals, visual directions, review, and final asset preparation.
What technologies do you use to build websites?
We build high-performance custom sites using modern web standards—semantic HTML5, advanced Vanilla CSS, and custom JavaScript engines. This keeps your page weights extremely small, provides complete control over canvas graphics, and achieves perfect SEO/performance scores.
How does working with an in-house studio benefit us?
As Cre8sphere Media's in-house studio, we have direct integration with their AI publishing systems and developer division. This allows us to easily embed advanced automation pipelines and build custom tools for your projects that standard creative agencies cannot construct.
Do you accept flexible payment structures?
Yes. We work on a 50/50 payment split—50% advance booking fee to secure our studio bandwidth, and 50% upon final sign-off before files and source code are delivered. For Enterprise partnerships, we can arrange milestones mapped directly to your project phases.
What is your project onboarding process?
It starts right when you submit our contact form. We set up an alignment session to clarify requirements. Once approved, we write a clear implementation roadmap and checklist in your workspace, ensuring total transparency on deliverable deadlines.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Origin8, accessing our website, or submitting a project enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
2. Services Provided
Origin8 provides brand identity design, logo design, website design and development, creative design, and brand consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in the individual project proposal agreed before commencement.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance: A non-refundable advance (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery, before transfer of ownership.
- Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may incur a 2% per month late fee and cause work to pause.
- Refunds: The advance is non-refundable once the discovery phase has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
- Before Full Payment: All work remains the property of Origin8 / Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP.
- After Full Payment: Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Third-party assets retain their original licensing terms.
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA is agreed upon.
5. Revisions & Scope
Each proposal specifies the included revision rounds. Revisions beyond agreed scope are billed separately. Significant scope changes require a revised proposal and may affect timelines.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Providing timely feedback within agreed review windows
- Supplying all required assets, copy, and brand information promptly
- Ensuring the right to use any content provided to us
- Designating a single point of contact to avoid conflicting directions
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project information, pricing, and business details confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for trademark availability — clients are advised to consult a legal professional for trademark registration.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon client termination, work completed is billable at a pro-rata rate. The advance covers discovery and initial design phases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
